I'm glad that getting Hearing Accessible room with nice privacy and nice view, as example was not a problem. The staff is very kind, that's an advantage.

The lounge at the lobby level, Jade Lounge, served the most delicious and unique mocktail I've ever tasted. The bartender, Mr Felix, was exceptionally skilled and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. I also loved the dinner buffet at Swisscafe, where Mr Doni went above and beyond to help my wife peel a tricky fruit called "salak. " The comfortable rooms and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. the pillows and matrass provided the best sleep after long days exploring. the pool was refreshing, and the atmosphere is homey and inviting.

Room service was sometimes slow and food arrived cold. A shower rack would be helpful for wet clothes, and our showerhead was loose.

The room had a damp smell when we first arrived, but we were able to get rid of it with a moisture absorber that we bought. The prices at the cafe were a bit higher compared to other coffee shops in the area.
